Recording a greeting message (OGM) can be done in two ways:

Using computer software to generate an OGM.MP3 file, which is then copied to the device's TF card via USB connection.

Manually recording an OGM message by pressing and holding the playback button while the handset is on the fork spring, then lifting the handset to enter recording mode.

For guest messages, the process is simple:

Pick up the phone handle, triggering the pre-recorded greeting.

After the beep, guests record their message, stored instantly.

Hang up, and the recording is complete.

Playback mode allows users to listen to saved recordings at the push of a button. The latest message plays through the speaker at the bottom of the device, with the ability to skip to previous recordings as needed.
